Trouble Tickets version 1.0 is a web/email based support ticket system.
Administrative users can update, remove, and close tickets. Users can easily create new trouble tickets using fill-in the blank web based form. As the ticket updated by an administrator, the user receives corresponding e-mail notices.
This module also includes Javascript based table sorting. Breaking new ground for OOF, this enhancement offers complex sorting to occur on the client side minimizing transfer overhead and database transactions.
